The creating, writing, and publishing of my work is like a roller coaster ride. The writing process itself is an adventure filled with anticipation as the story unfolds and the editing and honing of the story creates both pleasure and stress. Submitting it is scary--like sharing a part of who you are and wondering if it will be accepted or rejected. Once the book is accepted, that's like pausing at the top of a high hill waiting for the ride to drop. Waiting to see if people actually read the book. To hear what they think. It's all a growing experience filled with high and low points, thrills, fears, and adrenaline rushes.
